1. About Gilded Bags
Gilded Bags is an authorised reseller of women's handbags. We do not manufacture any of the products we sell. All brand names, trademarks, and logos belong to their respective owners. Our role is solely that of a reseller.
2. Product information
We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. As a reseller, product availability is subject to change. All items are sold as described — please review product details carefully before purchasing.
3. Pricing & payment
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment must be completed before an order is confirmed and dispatched.
4. Orders & cancellations
Orders are confirmed once payment is received.
Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of placing an order.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of stock unavailability or pricing errors, with a full refund issued.
5. Shipping & delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.
6. Returns & exchanges
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage will not be accepted for return.
Sale items are non-returnable unless faulty.
